Exchange Policy – Narmadapuram Store 

At Narmadapuram Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a limited exchange facility under the following terms and conditions:

1. Exchange Eligibility Period

• Customers can request an exchange within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery.
• Any request raised after this period will be strictly rejected.

2. Valid Reasons for Exchange

Exchange is allowed only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Size or model mismatch (if applicable)
• Product received in damaged or defective condition

3. Same-Day Exchange Service

• Customers who want an exchange on the same day of delivery can opt for our priority service.
• Extra charges will be applicable for same-day exchange.
• Same-day exchange depends on product availability and service area.

4. Delivery & Logistics Charges

• All exchanges are chargeable.
• Delivery charges will be added in every exchange case, including:
  
  • Normal exchange (within 3 days)
  • Same-day exchange
• Customers must pay the delivery fee at the time of exchange confirmation.

5. Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for exchange, the product must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Have all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact
• Not show any signs of damage, scratches, or wear caused by the customer

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Used or damaged products (after delivery)
• Products without original packaging
• Items requested after 3 days
• Clearance / sale items (if applicable)

7. Exchange Process

• Customer must contact support within 3 days of delivery
• Provide order details and reason for exchange
• Share product photos (if required) for verification
• Once approved, exchange will be scheduled
• Delivery executive will pick up the old product and deliver the replacement

8. Important Notes

• Exchange is allowed only once per order
• Exchange will be processed only after quality check approval
• If replacement product is not available, store may offer an alternative or deny exchange
